Default shipment items are in English. Please note in the order if you require other languages such as Chinese or Japanese.

Shipping Cost

We use different shipping methods depending on whether a product contains batteries:

• Non-battery Products: We use TW Post postal airmail for these products, with an estimated shipping cost of USD $7-10 depending on the delivery location.
• Battery-included Products (like DuoMon3): We use DHL for these products due to battery regulations. The shipping cost is approximately USD $35-50 depending on the delivery location, and this covers up to 2 DuoMon3s.

We're happy to offer a DHL shipping subsidy of $10 per DuoMon3!  

This means the total shipping cost for 2 DuoMon3s would be between USD $15-30.

(Local Taxes are not included, but we will declare the package value as USD$10, hopes of minimizing the relevant taxes and fees.)

Delivery Time
