FAQ

Q1：How to pair GO app to Catchmon Go?

1. Insert 2x AAA batteries and turn your cellphone’s Bluetooth ON.
2. Open the GO app / In Map View, touch the Main Menu / At the top right, touch Settings / Connected Devices and Services / Select “Pokémon® GO Plus”
3. Press the button on Catcmon Go few times, the Pokeball under "Available Devices List" will flash green in the middle. 
4. Select the Pokémon® Go Plus which is flashing green light. That’s it! After pairing, you can simply reconnet by touching the icon at the front page. Embark on your epic GO adventure with your auto-catching and collecting device!

For iPhone: If you can't see devices under availible devices, go to PHONE settings, find Pokémon® Go APP and turn on the Bluetooth permissions. If still not works, uninstall and reinstall the Pokémon® GO app.

Q2：How do I turn off the vibration and sound?

Choose the notification mode your like with Catchmon Go!  Press the button on the top of the Catchmon Go to switch different light to adjust settings.

🟢To turn off the sound, press the button to GREEN light. Press 3 seconds to switch off the sound. When it succeeded, green light flashes. If not, red light flashes.

🟣 To turn off the vibration, press the button to PURPLE light. Press 3 seconds to switch off the vibration. When it succeeded, purple light flashes. If not, red light flashes.

Q3：Why can’t I connect to Catcmon Go?

Make sure the Bluetooth on your phone is ON and “Do not disturb“ mode is off. And try clear all the connection record on your phone, then reconnect agian.

1. Clear the Game record and Phone Bluetooth record:

• Go to Phone settings > Bluetooth > find Go Plus > forget the device.
• Go to Pokémon® Go settings > Go Plus > tap the triangle beside Go plus.
• Press the button of Catchmon Go until BLUE light, and press the button for 3 secs. The LED will flash "blue-yellow" lights for 30 seconds to forget the previous records on Catchmon GO.

2. Pair Pokémon® GO app with Catcmon Go again! (If still not works, Restart the phone and Reinstall Pokémon® GO app and repeat the steps above again.)

Q4：Why Catchmon Go stop collecting items or catching Pokémon®?

1. Your bag or Pokedex might be so full that it cannot collect item or catch Pokémon® anymore.
2. You might have run out of Red Pokeballs.
3. Go to Notification in the GO Plus setting, TURN ON the “Nearby” notification. (If you TURN OFF the Notification, Catchmon Go won't catch Pokémon® or spin Pokestops nearby.)
