Troubleshooting - How to fix Catchmon X 'Not showing 4 devices in PoGo', 'Unable to connect 4 phones'. Try uanble sleep mode.

How to disable or enable sleep mode?
- Disable: Quickly press the button three times until the button's LED light turns green, indicating successful awakening.
- Enable: Quickly press the button three times until the button's LED light turns red, indicating successful sleep mode.
Not showing 4 devices in PoGo
First, please note that Catchmon X has a sleep mode, and if the button is in sleep mode, it will not be detected by your phone.
The following steps can help you determine which button is in sleep mode and awaken it.
- Step 1: Slide the switch from OFF to ON and check the LED light color of the four buttons. If it shows red, the button is in sleep mode. If it shows green, the button is in awake mode.
- Step 2: Deactivate the sleep mode of the button. Quickly press the button (with a red light) three times. If the LED light displays green, it means the button has been successfully awakened.
Afterward, you should be able to see 4 Pokémon Go Plus devices in the game.
Unable to connect 4 phones
First, please make sure that when connecting, you can see all four devices in the PoGo settings.
If you can't, please refer to the above steps to awaken the buttons.
Next, clear the Bluetooth records and game records on all phones, and then proceed with the re-pairing process.

Important: If you encounter a situation where your phones cannot connect simultaneously, it means you may have paired more than one phone to the same button. Since one button can only support the connection of one phone at a time, your other phone won't be able to use it.

- 1P -> Phone 1 & Phone 2 (can be connected individually, but not simultaneously)
- 2P -> Sleep mode or Unpaired
- 3P -> Phone 3
- 4P -> Phone 4

If you encounter this issue, please also clear all records and re-pair.
And please make sure that when re-connecting, each button is paired with only one phone.
