● Please try the following steps to reset your phone and MEGACOM Pokémon Auto Catcher for improvement.

● If you are unable to connect successfully for the first time (e.g., unable to find the device), please check this link first to ensure that Bluetooth functionality and game permissions are correctly enabled.

* If your device exhibits clear abnormalities, please contact us for assistance, and if conditions allow, you can also try the following steps.

Issues and Cause

1) Unstable Connection

There are various causes for unstable connections, such as unstable internet connections (using VPN or unstable Wi-Fi), mobile system and game version updates, which can lead to temporary connection instability.

The game environment can be particularly unstable during functional updates or event updates. In this case, we recommend restarting the game, uninstalling and reinstalling it. Then, restart your phone, clear the pairing records with the Pokémon Auto Catcher, and re-pair it.

Based on past experience, Pokémon Go does not typically issue official announcements regarding whether Pokémon Go Plus functionality is affected during updates. You can find out based on player feedback, or you can check with other players on community platforms to see if they are experiencing the same issues. If you are unsure, please message us, and we will assist you.

❎ Due to potential variations in third-party programs, if you are using a non-native game client, please check for relevant messages from the third-party program.

❎ If you are using a built-in game accelerator on your phone, please remove Pokémon Go from the accelerator.

❎ If you are using a VPN, please close the relevant program.

2) Have changed your phone or device - Incorrect Pin

The PIN code for the Bluetooth connection between a Device (Auto Catcher) and a Phone is unique.

Once you have replaced either the phone or the device, you must clear the old records to avoid conflicts when connecting a new device.

Please follow the steps below to clear the old records of your Phone & Device (Auto Catcher).
