About DuoMon 

DuoMon Pokémon® Go Auto catcher is the upgraded version of Dual Catchmon. Its compact and super lightweight design makes it convenient to carry, smaller than the palm of your hand, ensuring it won't take up much space in your bag and is easy to carry. 

DuoMon features a sleep mode. If you don't need to use the second account, simply activate the button in sleep mode to save power.

Additionally, DuoMon also features a voice reporting menu, allowing you to easily adjust settings without the need to remember light signals.

NO NEED TO RECHARGE

Turn ON the switch to enjoy the fun, and turn OFF to save batteries. Set sail and capture new Pokémon® without recalling when was the last time that you recharge your device. Just simply insert 2x AAA batteries. No more awkward or heartache when you finally arrive at the Lure or Gym but find the device running out of battery. 

NO EXTRA APP NEEDED

Play and wake up your DuoMon by simply touch on the Go Plus icon on the APP. Speedy and stable connection allows 65ft range connection. Automatically catches Pokémon® even it’s in your bags. No need to take it out like Go Plus, Gotcha, or Auto Catcher.

CUSTOMIZE NOTIFICATION

Roll out new function of voice broadcast! The new function of voice broadcast could be your voice assistant. DuoMon can follow the progress of catching Pokémon® and complement Item backpack at any time. Moreover, DuoMon also features LED flashing and vibration notifications that you can customize to suit your preferences.

FAQ

Q1：How to pair GO app to DuoMon ?

1. Insert 2x AAA batteries and turn your cellphone’s Bluetooth ON.
2. Open the GO app / In Map View, touch the Main Menu / At the top right, touch Settings / Connected Devices and Services / Select “Pokémon® GO Plus”
3. Decide which button (1P/2P) on MEGACOM DuoMon you want to pired with and press it, the Pokeball under "Available Devices List" will flash green in the middle. (Please note 1 button can only connect to 1 phone. Do not connect 2 phones to the same side button)
4. Select the Pokémon® Go Plus which is flashing green light. That’s it! After pairing, you can simply reconnet by touching the icon at the front page. Embark on your epic GO adventure with your auto-catching and collecting device!

For iPhone: If you can't see devices under availible devices, go to PHONE settings, find Pokémon® Go APP and turn on the Bluetooth permissions. If still not works, uninstall and reinstall the Pokémon® GO app.

Q2：How do I turn off the vibration and sound?

Choose the notification mode you like with DuoMon!

Press the button on DuoMon to switch the menu.

🟡 To turn off the sound, press the button to the YELLOW light (sound settings). Press 3 seconds to switch the settings: Volume up> Volume down> Sound off.

🟣 To turn off the vibration, press the button to PURPLE light (vibration settings). Press 3 seconds to switch off the vibration.

Q3：Why can’t I connect to DuoMon?

Make sure the Bluetooth on your phone is ON and “Do not disturb“ mode is off. And try clear all the connection record on your phone, then reconnect agian.

1. Clear the Game record and Phone Bluetooth record:

• Go to Phone settings > Bluetooth > find Go Plus > forget the device.
• Go to Pokémon® Go settings > Go Plus > tap the triangle beside Go plus.

2. Pair Pokémon® GO app with DuoMon again! (If still not works, Restart the phone and Reinstall Pokémon® GO app and repeat the steps above again.)

Q4：Why DuoMon stop collecting items or catching Pokémon®?

1. Your bag or Pokedex might be so full that it cannot collect item or catch Pokémon® anymore.
2. You might have run out of Red Pokeballs.
3. Go to Notification in the GO Plus setting, TURN ON the “Nearby” notification. (If you TURN OFF the Notification, DuoMon won't catch Pokémon® or spin Pokestops nearby.)
