FAQ

Q1：How to pair PoGo App to DuoMon3?

1. Turn ON DuoMon3 and your cellphone’s Bluetooth.
2. Open the GO App / In Map View, touch the Main Menu / At the top right, touch Settings / Connected Devices and Services / Select Acessory and Devices.
3. Decide which button (1P/2P) on MEGACOM DuoMon3 you want to paired with and press it, the Pokeball under "Available Devices List" will flash green in the middle.
4. Select the Go Plus which is flashing green. That’s it!

After pairing, you can simply reconnet by touching the ball icon at the front page. Embark on your epic GO Go adventure with your auto-catching and collecting device! (Please note 1 button can only connect to 1 phone at a time. Do not pair 2 phones to the same side button.)

For iPhone: If you can't see devices under availible devices, go to PHONE settings, find Go App and turn on the Bluetooth permissions. If still not works, uninstall and reinstall the PoGo App.

Q2：DuoMon3 Menu Instructions & Sleep Mode?

DuoMon3 has three menus on the physical button (1P/2P seperate) :

1. 🔵 Quantity Statistics: Press the button to BLUE light to hear the number of Monster and PokeStops caught/spun by the DuoMon3 in the past 24hrs, press and hold for 3secs to reset the statistics.
2. 🟡 Volume Settings: Press the button to YELLOW light to hear the current settings, press and hold for 3secs to change the volume settings.
3. 🟢🟣 Connection Status: Press the button to hear the current connection status. Green light indicates Not connected, Purple light indicates Connected. Press and hold the button for 3secs until see a Red light to put the button into Sleep mode. (Note: Button presses are unresponsive in sleep mode. Hold 3secs again to cancel sleep mode)

＊The DuoMon3 has fewer menus than the DuoMon to simplify operation. Other settings can be adjusted in the MEGACOM Center App

Q3：How to adjust the Volume, Vibration, Lights, and Language settings?

• 🟡 Volume: Press the button to YELLOW light. Hold 3 seconds to switch the settings: Volume up > Volume down > Sound off.
• ⚪ Sound: Connect to MEGACOM Center App to change the Voice Sound to Beep Sound.
• ⚪ Vibration: Connect to the MEGACOM Center App to toggle vibration on/off via the visual control panel.
• ⚪ Lights: Connect to the MEGACOM Center App to adjust brightness, light mode, and light color via the visual control panel.
• ⚪ Language: Connect to the MEGACOM Center App to change the language to English, Chinese, or Japanese via the visual control panel.

Q4：How to pair MEGACOM Center App & update Firmware?

1. Download the MEGACOM Center App：Search for "MEGACOM Center" in the App Store and download the App.
2. Open the MEGACOM Center App and Press any button on the DuoMon3 device to make it discoverable.
3. Once the App has detected the DuoMon3 device, it will appear on the screen, tap on it to pair it with the device.

To check for Firmware updates, go to "More settings" and check the current firmware version.

• If an update is available, an update button will appear on the screen. Tap on the update button to install the firmware update.
• Ensure App auto-update is enabled to get the latest firmware version.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Q5: Why can't I connect to DuoMon3?

Make sure your DuoMon3 is not in Sleep Mode, and the Bluetooth on your phone is ON & “Do not disturb“ mode is off. And try clear all the connection record on your phone, then reconnect agian.

1. Clear the Game record and Phone Bluetooth record:

• Go to PoGo settings > Connected Devices> Accessory Devices > tap the triangle beside Go Plus.
• Go to phone settings > Bluetooth > find Go Plus > forget the device.

2. Pair GO App with DuoMon3 again!

* If still not works, Restart the phone and Reinstall GO App and repeat the steps above.

Q6: Why DuoMon3 stop spinning Pokestops or catching Pokemon?

1. Your bag or Pokedex might be so full that it cannot collect item or catch Monster anymore.
2. You might have run out of Red balls.
3. Go to NOTIFICATIONS in the PoGo device and services, TURN ON the “Identify Nearby Pokemon/Pokestops” Notification.

* If both settings are already enabled, disable them both and then turn them on again to send a renew request to the game server.

Q7: Can I only catch Pokemon or spin PokeStops?

Yes, there are two methods to do this:

1. Disable PoGo App Detection: Go to PoGo settings and uncheck "Identify Nearby." This stops the game from detecting any monster or stops.
2. Adjust Auto Catcher Settings: Connect DuoMon3 to MEGACOM Center App, and disable Auto Catch or Auto Spin. Even with Nearby detection (if step1 isn't done), DuoMon3 won't perform any actions due to the settings.
